Shipping Policy
At My-Suki, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and carefully as possible.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders that:
- Total $59 or more (before taxes and applicable fees), and
- Have a total shipment weight of 10 pounds or less.
- Orders that exceed 10 pounds may incur additional shipping charges, even if the order total is over $59.
- Free shipping applies only to eligible delivery locations within our standard shipping area.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, My-Suki is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Food Items
Due to the perishable nature of food products and for food safety reasons:
- All food item sales are final.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on food products.
- No refunds will be issued unless the item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The shipping packaging
- The shipping label
After review, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Food and grocery products
- Opened or used items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
